Yeah, I know where you mean, on the island separated by two bridges. That's where I've been seeing them and that's where I saw one in the video I took. They keep to themselves and aren't harming anyone.

That's my exact argument. It's okay for squirrels and other animals to live in the parks, but not rats? If they're not in closes, then what's the harm? If pest control is being called for rats, then why other animals? I think it's pretty cool they've made the park their home, but others are hysterically treating them as if they're making the park uninhabitable.
