| Comment | Further update: I submitted a report through the Council's website (after a frankly bizantine registration process), within barely a minute of submitting the report a nice man from the noise team phoned me. He seemed to know the kind of noise I was talking about, which leads me to think it happens a lot (not necessarily this particular incident, but in the city). I'm kind of impressed tbh, they might not be able to get it sorted immediately but the fact that someone called me back immediately was totally unexpected. |
