| Comment | I’m pretty sure the development that is going ahead will be all private property owners which is a plus. Sorry don’t mean to come across as a classist individual. Oh right that’s good so it’s really all media hype about it being rough etc. The price is on point because you will get 2 year defect warranty period and 10 year building warranty. Don’t get me wrong there are flats in the real westend which are same price but the closes are unbelievably dire, parking is terrible and there’s not a fresh look about some of the westend flats. Hyndland is way out of my budget. Just need to weigh up my pros and cons |
