If you are rich enough to buy a second property and want it tax free then go speak with an accountant or wealth manager who can advise on how to arrange things. You could, for example, place the money into investments which are held in trust.
Or, and hold on to your hat here, accept that you are vastly better off than most people in Scotland, accept this progressive tax, and just fucking cough it up! |
