you won't get a 2 bed tenement for that price in those areas tbh. minimum for a decent 2 bed trad tenement in shawlandia seems to be 180k now. maybe if you get a ground floor, or one with issues, or a "2 bed" which is really a 1 bed and they've knocked the cupboards together to make a tiny kitchen.
