The SIMD honestly isn’t worth the (virtual) paper it’s written on. It’s ok for some very niche analysis but it isn’t an indication of “rich v poor” or “good v bad” as the datasets factor in lots of variables that could push an area up or down.
Your best bet is to speak to people who have lived somewhere and go visit a few times, say day and night across the week and weekends and get a vibe for an area.
