I think that might be a regional thing in America as well just like it is here. I think if you met a group of people from like Vermont or Maine or something they wouldn't be loud while a group from Texas or something might be. I would say the world champions for loudest travelers in my opinion are English men in European cities like Prague or Amsterdam. Good God those guys are loud.
