| Comment | It is amazing how brazen they are and it is pretty clearly a pretty organised and serious outfit some of the time. I once saw 3 men jump out of a van with a huge pair of bolt cutters, cut the lock, and throw a bike into the open side door of the van right outside the Royal Conservatoire in full view of like 50 people in the middle of the day. Whole process must have taken under 10 seconds and they were long gone before anyone even knew what was happening, in fact I think most people didn't notice it happen at all. |
