| Comment | This is heavily dependent on the type of flat or house you live in. Tenements have poor recycling services because the council is unimaginative. I live in a 9 in a block in North Lanarkshire and each flat has a black bin and a blue bin, both emptied fortnightly, which is fine for most of my neighbours. However those with more chaotic lives tend to fill their bins extremely quickly, meaning I've had to chain my bins shut. |
