| Comment | We have 9 flats and 2 bins per flat, plus they had flat letters painted on them when I arrived. My charming upstairs neighbours dumped a bag of chicken bones in my recycling bin on the first day then proceeded to throw bagged dogshite in my black bin, so I broke out the drill and holesaw bit and left them to their squalor. It's not my problem if they can't manage their own waste. |
