Comment	Flats in South Side are going for crazy money these days are they not? I’m sorta out of the loop with the South Side but a few years ago £120,000 wouldn’t have given you a lot of choice so I imagine it’s gotten even more expensive in recent years and combined with the current market. I do appreciate your point, but I commented as the OP here is referencing a suburban new build estate so not a West End/South Side/City Centre situation. These houses are all pretty big, although some have to be affordable, but folk making out £250k gets you a matchbox is laughable.
