| Comment | I live in a poor area of the East End and we have every wheelie bin imaginable at each house, however my dumb as fuck neighbour who can't seem to get the wherewithal together to get the council to do a bulk collection of her shite from redecorating is also incapable of following the simple instructions written on the various bins. Recently saw her chucking two full 2ltrs of milk in the blue bin for some unknown reason.
So in short, poor people can recycle quite easily outside of tenements, dumb cunts who happen to be poor don't fucking bother.
It sort of sums up why so much of this city is a dump, people see one step more than they're willing to take and they take the piss. |
