At this point I am viewing any place that fits my budget but a lot has changed for last 18 months. Especially last couple of months there seems to be huge demend and very little supply. My flat had 50 viewings in 5 days and sold at closing date with 11 offers. Crazy market atm, hope it will normalize soon...
