Alright mate, first time buyer here. Have been bidding on about 11 properties so far, did the asking price, outbid on every one by about 20-25%

I've been speaking to property owners out and about. Mental the market just now. Speaking to a family in a 2 bed, they're wanting to sell their house and move to a 3 bed, no option but to sell it to the landlord pricks at 25% over because the house they're trying to go for is also going for that amount over, so they need all the cash they can get obviously.

It's ruthless just now.
