| Comment | Our building isn't that bad either but the roof is a basket-case, as I suspect yours may be too given the cost of repairs.
My information is the council/Glasgow heritage are dying to award grants to closes where all owners are committed to the repairs, meaning things go smoothly and quickly, and they can rest easy knowing it's one less property to worry about down the line. That may have more bearing than the condition of the building. |
