I said I'm probably right there about your neighbours. I think it is quite possible you're overlooking your neighbours reluctance to say "no". Whether or not leaving your bike in the close is wanky and inconsiderate has nothing to do with your neighbours responses even if they all meant yes you're still inconveniencing them because you can't be bothered figuring/making out a reasonable place to put the bike. |
