| Comment | Yeah it can be really tough to deal with. NHS dermatology haven’t been much use, they gave me topical steroids to use but I read many horror stories about withdrawals from them I decided to stop using them. They also tell you it’s not diet related which is questionable. Try focusing on a clean diet and techniques to manage stress. I need to do the same but it’s easier said than done. |
