so, does this mean that you're suggesting that people with poly-cystic ovarian syndrome, which increases testosterone levels in people assigned female at birth, should be unable to compete with other women too?

the science clearly states that trans women on HRT have no physical advantage. it's because when testosterone is not within their body anymore, they lose muscle mass (and all other advantage). furthermore, a trans woman on anti-androgens may have lower testosterone levels than a cis woman (most cis women have androgens in their body, however they do not tend to take anti anti-androgens, unless medically required).

do you also think that trans men who take testosterone should not be able to compete with other men because of their disadvantage? or should they be competing women in your opinion?

there is clear science on the topic. I think you need to assess your judgements and why you have them.
