After my first stint living in Scotland, I was back in Paris for a bit and complained at a bar that my pint had too big a head. The barman simply poured some of it in the sink and handed the pint back without topping it up. 😢 Costed 7€ too at a time when a Glasgow pint was typically less than £2.50.
