If in the west you are probably best going for some of the larger beer gardens.
You could try down at Finnieston and there are a few options near by. Cranside (rotunda) but next door is Radison and Hilton. I cycled past at 8pm and all had spare tables. Don't think you would get the Radison roof garden but you could ask as amazing views!!! That's 4 beer gardens within 100m.
You could try Thornwood bar, but not many other bars if you can't get in. Again tonight about 8pm they had a table or 2.
Other options are The Primary, has lots of tables and GWR.
I guess if you go for the last 3 you could sit inside with no alcohol and ask / wait till a table becomes free.
Cottiers has a good amount of table but no idea how busy
Lastly Ashton Lane has lots of beer gardens
Thats my suggestions for the west.
However most you could sit inside with no alcohol and wait for a table. I suggest the finiston or Ashton Lane might work.
City centre the wetherspoon in George sq looks OK and lots of tables. |
