If you go down the Clyde valley in Autumn you can get apples and plums, if you are quick enough to get there before the squirrels you can get hazelnut almost anywhere in Autumn (get to know the shape of leaves), at other times of year the bark and hazelnut shells on the ground are a giveaway to recognise a hazel for the next Autumn. Perthshire in Autumn again is where an abundance of fungi are (get a book and learn to recognise the simple to identify edible ones). I believe you can make a flour from acorns and beech nuts. Bivalves (mussels and cockles, razorfish can be gathered close to low tide mark ( keep as far from towns as possible) and best to stick to winter/early spring as the can harbour bacteria which multiplies greatly in warmer weather.
