You might find in flats there is a monthly maintenance fee called factors fee. This takes care of insurance, cleaning communal areas and general shared area issues.
also in new build property housing estates some share the cost of maintaining the area like the communal grass etc.
Most houses don't have any of these factors fees as you own it. |
