Dumgoyne and Earls Seat from the Glengoyne distillery is a popular one, or you can do a loop taking in Cort-ma-law and Leckett Hill from Campsie Glen. Both about 6-7 miles with a couple thousand feet of climb, so nothing too ridiculous.
