Self factoring was great in my old place. We all put £20 a month in a bank account and most used that as a common maintenance fund. Had about £4000 saved up between us that we may used whether something came up rather than paying that as a fee to a factor and then still having to pay for repairs.
Only takes one or two arseholes to run it though. |
