For example, you can't get into the Grand Central Hotel with anything that isn't registered as a commercial vehicle. (Short of just accepting a £60 ticket from the cameras)
Sucks in particular for part-time bands that use their own cars, or even guests that have anything larger than a suitcase to bring in for their function.
