If you see a window cleaner doing someone else's windows nearby ask them or find out who does your neighbours ones. If they are already in that area chances are they'll be cheaper as less time between homes. If someone's quoted you 25 quid but they have to drive 15 minutes to you, set up, clean them then 15 minutes to their next job its actually a fair deal.
