| Comment | Having dealt with numerous factors over my life, the price they get work done for is terrifying. I genuinely believe its all back handers to mates who own these businesses as I could source the work for a fraction of the price usually. The only problem is it is a simply a majority voting system. I would recommend when you get the letters through for work, is to speak to the neighbours involved and see if you can compromise together. Factors can come in handy as I got japanese knotweed removed for like £100 where as the total bill would have been over £2500. |
