Interesting take as I am seriously considering buying a BTL property in Glasgow and always wondered about these flats due to the lower price but proximity to the city. I know they had a high Eastern European holding a year or 2 back with pimps and escorts etc giving the place a bad name. Didn't know about the drug issues. Will avoid this building as always a high level available for rent |
