Comment | If its a tenement then ask when the roof was last re-done. Thats a 150k job potentially. Usually every 30 odd years it needs a revamp.
Check the factor fee’s and ask if there’s any HMO’s in the block (not necessarily a bad thing but you’ll have new neighbours every year which makes chances of a walloper arriving experientially higher)
Does it have double glazing? If not, make sure your happy with the state of current windows as new ones are a massive bump |
