I'd also like to mention that I've been a courier for almost two years and have always cycled the way I do and have never had any kind of incident.
I've been accused of colliding with a pedestrian on my bicycle by Deliveroo. Apparently someone opened an insurance claim saying they were hit by a courier at a time and place that I was there. I would definitely remember this happening.
They decided to fuck with my livelihood. I haven't heard back in regards to this so Deliveroo must have found it to be fraudulent.
Just one example of how cyclists are treated in this city. |
