| Comment | I’d imagine that it’s just part of the mass vandalism currently taking place in Glasgow city centre? Graffiti sprayed all over shop windows, landmarks, listed buildings, and people’s homes.
Supposedly we have CCTV installed all over the city centre, at great expense to the tax payer - obviously it’s pretty useless.
Albert Bridge totally repainted only about 5 years ago to the cost of 3.4 million pounds, and I see that the ‘graffiti artists’ have already repeatedly targeted it, and it’s beginning to look quite badly defaced.
Glasgow city council response so far, apparently almost zero, judging from the state of the city centre. They have of course been voted back in, so I’m presuming that things can only get worse! |
