Comment	I'm an Italian who has lived in England for the past 26 years, now in Glasgow since February. I don't have a strong Italian accent, but there's enough of an accent to make people ask me where I'm from. I lived in Lancashire for the past 3.5 years and it was a fucking nightmare - I had never, ever been made to feel such a bloody foreigner like that before in my previous 20-odd years in the South East. Fast forward to now. 3 months in Glasgow, nobody, and I mean NOBODY has asked me 'where are you from', just the odd collective 'where have yous moved from?' at me and my very, very English husband. I love Glasgow.
