I'd like GCC to just fucking fix things. Obvious examples are the Egyptian Halls, the collapsing row of buildings just up from Eglinton Toll which is clearly falling to bits but the owners are doing fuck all, and the bit of the Clyde waterfront by the squinty bridge which has collapsed into the river and has just been sitting there for about three years. Third-world like.
