For example, seafarers do not have to quarantine if travelling for work but do have to quarantine if returning for shore leave. So if you are 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off you have to quarantine for half of that. Are they just not to bother coming home? Not like you can refuse to go abroad in the first place. |
