I'd try Cail Bruich or maybe bilson eleven. If you buy the voucher and email them to send you a different worded voucher they will be more than happy to help I am sure. I have done this in the past with fancy restaurants and they have always been happy to help.
Highly recommend The Kitchin in Edinburgh if u fancy splurging a bit of cash.
