Cases are to be expected as things open up, surely? Shouldn’t we be using deaths & hospitalisation as indicators for restrictions? I thought the whole point of lockdown was to not overwhelm the NHS, now that that’s not an issue, what’s the justification? The more they change the goalposts the less people will follow the rules.
