All doctors I’ve had it’s been managed over phone / in person - not online.
Last year I wanted to change my address and was told it was not possible to do over the phone and had to go into the surgery to do. Two weeks later we were in the first lockdown and I phoned back up and they did it in 30 seconds. Don’t know why the system is so fucked hahah
