I went on the tour ages ago, and he was a bit of an arse to someone who didn't want to wear the safety helmet. Fair enough to tell them it is compulsory and to explain why, but he went completely over the top and was actually quite nasty. The tour was great though. Very entertaining. Just slightly tainted by that incident.
