I assume you mean Conservatives = anti-immigration and Labour/SNP/LibDems et al. = pro immigration? If that is the case the Conservatives in the 2019 General Election in Scotland did get 28% of the vote compared to 42% in England. So its not that big of a difference (especially when you consider that there will be [voters within the other parties who are anti immigration](https://www.heraldscotland.com/news/17604452.polls-show-almost-half-of-scots-think-immigration-levels-too-high/).

There is less anti-migrant marches here because there is less migrants here. Nevertheless, in England there are plenty of people who go out and support and [protest against anti-immigrant groups](https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.kentlive.news/news/kent-news/tale-two-dover-protests-pro-4488877.amp), to [say that](https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/world/2016/sep/17/thousands-march-in-refugees-welcome-rally-in-london) they are less likely to do something about it is just plain insulting. |
