Comment | Doesn't matter - arrest and deportation isn't what they were there to do. The point isn't about what these guys have or have not done, or what stage of the process they're at - the point is that our immigration policy should \*never\* include government officers deliberately choosing to raid a house on a holy day, in order to take people in to a privately run prison, without trial.
If these guys were at the point of deportation, after refusing to leave peacefully, the process should be (as I said above) actually deporting them - not dragging them off to what amounts to a for-profit prison camp, for an indeterminate time.
