I lived in the former for a while and tbh its cities are much more vibrant and livable than most of Glasgow will ever be. High flats are the most desirable type of property there, because they are built with underground parking, maintained gardens, security/admin staff, and the developers are typically required to built a sang-ga or commercial unit on the same block, typically featuring a 24h convenience store and a range of other small businesses. |
