Its not like you suddenly get the urge to go driving if a car drives by you at any point, and then anyone you drive by gets the same urge, until we're all driving around like mental. A virus spreads indiscriminately, doesn't matter if the person is vaccinated or not. People can still catch it, spread it, get ill from it, and you're only creating a breeding ground for ever-worse variants with a cavalier "fuck it, i want drink :(" attitude.
We're still nowhere near the vaccination levels needed to prevent things spiralling out of control again. Not to mention that people working in the environments people are so desperate to get back to are vastly under-vaccinated. Aye, fuck it, fling them all under the bus so you can get a fucking pint. It sickens me.
