Comment | You'd be surprised dude 40min is a good way to get the blood pumping. I used to do cycle from gorbals to bishopbrigs for night shift on railways. Its hard at the start but it made me feel so good after a few weeks. Just get yourself a nice hybrid bike (possible on cycle to work scheme through your job) with good lights and you will be shocked how quickly the fitness improves. I always think of my bike as a time machine, it gets me to location much faster than I ever think and saves me money too! |
