Flood damage repair can be very expensive.

We had a flood from above and it cost our insurance over 50k. Admittedly the damage was extensive. Flat seemed fine until we realised floors were damp, plaster destroyed and extractor fan rendered unsafe to use.

Our home insurance provider paid the costs and claimed it back from the neighbours plumbers insurance (plumber caused the damage).

I would highly recommend contacting a drying specialist company at the very minimum.

Damp remediation is hard going all the best.
