My point still stands though that as far as the law is concerned, there is no difference between the Rangers 'party' today and any 'free Palestine' marches as such. The reasoning for that is it's not easy to distinguish between what seems like a party, and a protest without breaching our fundamental rights. I'm sure an argument could be made that Rangers fans today were technically 'protesting' something. |
