| Comment | Having to afford public services and spaces when a good proportion of the users don't pay council tax is the overarching reason. This is just an example of that, albeit one that isn't that much of an issue with Glasgow being a major city and so occasional event expenses are expected, but nonetheless there is still a problem with council boundaries that needs resolving. |
