And how exactly do you think 3 CCTV cameras, positioned directly in front of huge open fields are going to prevent rapes? They are there to monitor young people gathering and criminalise students having fun.
Sorry for all those who work and pay taxes, but the council is meant to serve everyone, including students and the unemployed. I highly doubt young people (including young women) were consulted on these plans. They are deeply regressive.
