Err, no. If it was coming from the satellite towns then we'd be seeing case numbers there. We aren't. This is a Glasgow problem.
As we are staying Level 3 and many of those places are Level 2, they have to stay out for a period. That said, they are allowed to pass _through_ Glasgow (e.g. the train stations) to get elsewhere.
