Comment	The funniest part is they actually believe that this is still being driven by science. Non-essential retail is open with no distancing. But it’s technically illegal to have a few friends around in your home. Essential retail open with no distancing. Apparently the virus is spread from surfaces, yet no major outbreaks linked to supermarkets where people are picking up/putting down 100s of items every day. Weddings and funerals are allowed with alcohol allowed. Yet you can’t have a drink indoors in a pub or restaurant. Again, weddings and funerals can have a large amount of guests, but don’t you dare think of inviting a few friends around to your house. Primary and secondary schools are a free for all: quite literally 100s and 1000s of households are indiscriminately mixing daily - not to mention on their way to/from school on transport - but again, don’t you dare have anyone in your house even if you’ve assessed the risk between yourself and your pals. Technically illegal to leave or enter Glasgow from the rest of Scotland, but legally you can travel to and from the RoUK. And don’t forget the selective science of mass gatherings where the virus can tell if you’re a Rangers fan - in which case you WILL definitely spread the virus - or if you’re a very virtuous Home Office protester or Hamas supporter, in which case you definitely won’t get infected or spread it. Honestly if anyone thinks the government are using science at this point and not just making it up as they go along they are kidding themselves. The rules make absolutely no sense.
