| Comment | Thank you for posting the one helpful reply. I was under the impression that staying in level 3 meant that Glasgow/Moray are still under tighter restrictions (eg- no drinking indoors, no overnight stays etc...) while the rest of the country was able to relax restrictions. I couldn’t understand why people were cancelling plans since I hadn’t seen that rule on travel explicitly outlined. I’ve also seen a few folk on social media making the journey into Glasgow today so I was unsure what the rules actually said. |
